Following a highly successful and engaging symposium in Canberra, we are pleased to look ahead to HWRS 2026.
Building on the strong discussions, collaboration, and momentum generated at the recent gathering, the 44th Hydrology and Water Resources Symposium will continue to provide a leading forum for sharing research, insights, and practical solutions in water resources science and management. HWRS 2026 will bring together experts, industry professionals, community leaders, and policy practitioners from Australia and the Asia–Pacific region to examine current hydrology and water knowledge and how it can inform effective, evidence-based decision-making.
